Do you provide hardware?

Yes. We can procure, configure, and deploy networking hardware from all major vendors. We also offer hardware-as-a-service options that bundle equipment costs into your monthly managed services fee.

What does your SLA look like?

Our standard SLA includes 99.95% network uptime, 15-minute response time for critical issues, 4-hour response for non-critical issues, and next-business-day hardware replacement. Enhanced SLAs with 4-hour hardware replacement are available for mission-critical environments.
