Vergepoints: An Engineer at Every Site, Without the Truck Roll

This is the flagship feature for California Telecom customers. We deploy Vergepoint plug-and-play hardware at each of your sites. These devices run live diagnostics and QoE/QoS checks directly within your network, letting us (and you) isolate whether a problem is on the LAN, the ISP, or in the cloud. No one has to drive anywhere. It is like having a network engineer in your wiring closet around the clock.

Vergepoints provide four-way observability via collectors and sensors, giving you total network visibility at a price point that actually makes sense. Each device monitors your LAN health, ISP performance, WiFi quality, and application reachability simultaneously. When something breaks, you know exactly where the fault lies in seconds rather than hours.

Deployment takes about ten minutes per site. You plug it in, it phones home to Netverge, and we configure it remotely. No specialized skills required on your end. From that point forward, every site has continuous, automated health checks running in the background, feeding data into the platform and alerting our NOC the moment something drifts out of spec.
