Each AI Worker Agent connects to one of your business applications through a secure, read-only integration. It can search, retrieve, summarize, and answer questions about the data inside that tool, but it cannot create, modify, delete, or send anything. It's a research assistant that can see everything but touch nothing. You choose which team members get access. Deploy an agent to your entire Slack workspace, limit it to a specific department, or keep it for one person. California Telecom builds, hosts, and manages your AI agents on our infrastructure. We handle the technology. You get the answers.

Get instant summaries across boards without opening the app. QuickBooks: Look up customer balances, invoice history, financial summaries, and account details. Ask accounting questions in plain English. Slack: Search conversation history, summarize channels, and find past discussions without scrolling through thousands of messages. Google Workspace: Search Gmail, check calendar availability, and find documents across Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Access Control

You control who can use each AI worker. Team-wide: Everyone in your Slack workspace can ask the agent questions. Great for tools the whole company uses, like Monday.com or Slack itself. Group: Only a specific set of users gets access. Perfect for the accounting team querying QuickBooks or the sales team checking the CRM. Individual: One person only. For executives or managers who want their own dedicated lookup assistant.

Safe by Design

Every integration uses read-only API permissions enforced at the technology level. Your AI agent can look things up, but it physically cannot create records, send messages, modify files, or delete anything in your systems. This is not a setting. It is a technical limitation we enforce by design. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your information is used only to answer your questions in the moment. Your AI agents run on California Telecom's managed infrastructure in Southern California. We build, configure, and manage everything as part of the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the AI accidentally change or delete my data?

No. All connections are read-only at the API permission level. The AI can search and retrieve information, but it has no ability to write, edit, create, or delete anything in your systems.

What happens if the AI gives me wrong information?

It can happen. AI is not perfect and we are upfront about that. We recommend verifying important information directly in your source systems before acting on it. Think of the AI as a fast research assistant who occasionally needs to be fact-checked.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to answer your questions in real time. It is not stored for training, shared with third parties, or repurposed in any way.

Can the AI eventually take actions, like creating tasks or sending invoices?

Not today. Our current services are strictly read-only. We are developing action capabilities for a future release using structured, rule-based workflows with human confirmation steps. We will keep clients informed as those features become available.

Do I need to install anything?

No. AI agents are accessed through Slack or a web chat interface. We handle all setup and configuration on our end.
