Prerequisites

To enable your Microsoft Teams platform to work with our Hosted PBX, your org must have either: Microsoft 365 E3 + Microsoft Teams Shared Devices ($8/month add on) -or- Microsoft 365 E5. Once either of these options have been implemented by your org, we can begin work on your system!
