California Telecom is helping eligible organizations obtain affordable communications services
California Telecom participates in the California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) program, a public purpose program administered by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC).
The CTF program is designed to help eligible organizations obtain affordable access to advanced communications services.
Qualifying Participants
The program provides a 50% discount on monthly recurring charges for eligible telecommunications and broadband services to qualifying participants, including:
Schools and school annexes
Libraries and library annexes
Hospitals and health clinics
Community colleges
2-1-1 referral providers
Eligible community-based organizations (CBOs)
